We can’t rate Precision Garage Doors highly enough! Justin came early on a Saturday morning to fix our half open and broken garage door. Our home was subject to security concerns overnight as it was open and we faced a field of homeless individuals camping across from our house. Justin assured us he could fix it and promptly and professionally did that. It was not an easy task for him, as Pueblo was experiencing very high winds. We are truly grateful for Justin’s work!

I chose Precision because of the "Same Day Service" advertisement! They not only met that promise, the technician was professional, competent, and informative with potential options for me to consider. This was all done with a focus on what was necessary to fix my problem. I will most certainly use Precision for all of my garage needs!

Cory worked on my garage door on Apr.4th, 2024. The model of the garage door I have is apparently difficult to obtain parts for, and quite costly for the spring repair. Cory suggested a conversion kit, which is similar in design to most openers these days. This alone saved me money and made the door quite lighter and easier for my opener to "open", due to extra weighty parts I no longer needed. He is very knowledgeable in his craft, worked diligently and saved me additional money on parts he thought were still fine. I will highly recommend Cory and Precision Garage Door Service to all my friends and family. Integrity is nice to see in business again for a change.

Logan was a complete professional and knows his garage doors well and answered every question I had. Installing the new keypad then programming the new key pad and extra door opener went flawlessly. I also asked for a quote to replace the current door with an upgraded insulated one with windows which he provided to me on the spot. When it comes time to replace my garage door I’m going with Precision Garage Doors. Thanks again Logan, great job!

Precision door service exceeded my expectations. My garage door broke on a Friday afternoon and Precision sent a technician out the next day. Mitchell Fiewig was my technician and identified the problem quickly…a broken shaft to the sprocket. He recommended a few products and explained with the Genie Professional grade was the best option….which i selected. When i inquired about the veteran discount, Mitch honored it and gave me additional discount. Mitch eventually completed the work in 1.5 hours. Precision Door service also gave me a 20 year warranty. Basically, a $1100 package cost me $800. Hopefully you get Mitch. I also made a follow up inquiry with the company leadership. I received a call from Jason Zortman, the Owner of the company. I value company’s that invest in their customers. Jason has that philosophy. Bottom line….i recommend Precision Door Service. When my next garage door breaks….I’m giving them a call and I’m going to ask for Mitch. Sincerely….Michael Armijo

Precision recently installed a new garage door opener and we are very satisfied with the work. They returned promptly when we reported that the heavy, solid wood door was leaving a small gap on the concrete floor. The door springs were quickly adjusted and now the door seals completely on the floor. Great service!

I called early this morning to have a new & much, much more quiet new garage door opener to go along with our beautiful insulated Precision Garage Door. Not only did we have a same day, early appointment, he suggested a nice new smooth, more powerful quiet belt drive instead of the noisy old chain drive opener we have had for many years along with a new secure opener panel out front. The wife and I love these new and much nicer, much quieter updated items.    Steve Z. is very professional, courteous, & the quickest, most knowledgeable & best technician/installer we've ever had here at our home in over Twenty years. He's certainly an asset to your company. You are truly lucky to have him as an employee. Thanks again for the great service and very quick response. Craig & Victoria M. Colorado Springs

Justin came out to fix my garage door today and he was awesome! Not only was Justin detailed in his observation and work, he was very professional, pleasant and a nice guy. When I called the office, the representative was very nice and courteous as well. It was good that the office kept me informed by texting me about the appointment and the technician that would be arriving at my house. I would use Precision again! Thank you Justin!!!
