I was referred to them by a friend. Waited for overhead door for 7 months for a lift spring. Went to precision, they looked at my matching spring n said it would be a month and they would make one. It was a month and 2 days from order to install. Excellent price, terrific service! Now my 2nd door is functional! THX PRECISION! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Everything about my experience was fantastic! i woke up last Friday morning (4/1) to find one of my door springs broken. I called the company I had been using for 18 years and the earliest they could help me was in a week. I remembered seeing your TV commercial and gave you a call. They had somebody out that afternoon. The tech, John Gallerano III, arrived when promised. John was professional, polite and informative. There was a lot more wrong than just a broken spring. He gave me options for the work. I selected my preferred option and he set to work. Everything was installed and works great. John also left the site cleaned up. I've found a new garage door repair company! Thanks.
