First and most importantly a real live person does answer the phone. Operators are very kind and helpful. The technician arrived on time, evaluated the issues and gave 3 different choices on the repair. He did show me every moving part of the door that was wearing out. I felt "NO PRESSURE" from the technician and was very thankful to actually be shown what was wearing. Mitch was a true professional. I strongly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.

So I have been so worn out by bad customer service and the attitude that the customer is always wrong. I have not had a service experience as good as I did with Precision in so long I can't even remember. 1. I called and they had a technician out within an hour 2. They quoted a price and it actually was the price! No slight of hand or hidden charges. Straight forward business old school style 3. The technician was fast! He was knowledgeable, friendly , well presented and appreciative for our business. 4. I am a dedicated, lifelong customer to them now Thank you for providing such an easy and satisfying experience... We had a rude awakening this morning. The garage door spring broke. Change vehicles because my car is now locked in the garage.Get to work and call precision because I remember seeing a commercial that said they have trucks loaded with the repair parts. Get the appointment made for 10-12 time line, I later got a call from Mitch saying he’s ahead of schedule and he will be there at 9:30. He gave us 3 potential options to work with.
