I chose Precision because of the fantastic reviews. My husband’s truck was stolen at short term parking at DEN Airport and it was programmed for garage door access. Since the thieves had all the information needed to get into our house (vehicle registration, insurance) we needed to reprogram the sensors. Big shout out to Sean and Austin! They were were so kind and professional. Thank you!

Our spring broke on our garage door. Mitch came out and explained everything clearly and precisely. We were given two estimates to choose from depending on what our needs were at this time. I'm so glad we chose to have all the hardware upgraded. It is much more substantial and comes with a 20 Year Warranty. We are very pleased with the service we received!

Mitch was an absolute gentleman. He showed up early, assesses the issue, and gave several options with varying price options. He then drove to Denver the next day to get the part needed, and returned that afternoon to execute the repair. Amazing customer service!

Product okay but goggled door opener, keypad, sensors and remote they replaced my old one with after they installed it. Got over on me, I payed way too much for it. Didn't do my due diligence on researching before I let it be installed.

Precision installed new garage doors during the pandemic. When others I called weren't able to help us, Precision found doors and did a great job installing them, replacing everything and making our garage door operation smooth and new again. 1 less then 5 stars as the spring rod was bent on repair and left with 3” runout which would have pre prematurely worn out the bearing on the hubs. Precision was great about the obvious need for rework and did so promptly replacing the spring rod and providing a heavier duty unit. I would call on them again for service, sn honorable company to deal with.

Our technician Mitchell Fiewig was very professional in troubleshooting our garage door system. He recommended to either replace the computer board or the entire system. We decided since it was over 15 years old, we would replace the entire system. He was able to complete the task and even reset our garage openers in both cars. Torsion spring broke this morning. Called Kimmie at Prevudion and she sent Corey right over. By noon, he had replaced both springs and all the rollers and bearings (17 year old door). Works like new. Had an issue with another door for over 10 years in never closing quite right as the concrete isn’t level and it was on a bind, or so we were told by a different tech from a different company when it was installed. In less than a minute, Corey made a quick adjustment to the safety beam and it works like new. Needs less yo say, they exceeded our expectations. A+.
