Precision installed new garage doors during the pandemic. When others I called weren't able to help us, Precision found doors and did a great job installing them, replacing everything and making our garage door operation smooth and new again. They worked hard to make everything just right! I called for maintenance service yesterday, and I found Cory to be as friendly, professional and hard working as those who installed the doors in 2019! 1 less then 5 stars as the spring rod was bent on repair and left with 3” runout which would have pre prematurely worn out the bearing on the hubs. Precision was great about the obvious need for rework and did so promptly replacing the spring rod and providing a heavier duty unit. I would call on them again for service, sn honorable company to deal with.

Our technician Mitchell Fiewig was very professional in troubleshooting our garage door system. He recommended to either replace the computer board or the entire system. We decided since it was over 15 years old, we would replace the entire system. He was able to complete the task and even reset our garage openers in both cars. Great workmanship and truly a personable guy. Bill

Torsion spring broke this morning. Called Kimmie at Prevudion and she sent Corey right over. By noon, he had replaced both springs and all the rollers and bearings (17 year old door). Works like new. Had an issue with another door for over 10 years in never closing quite right as the concrete isn’t level and it was on a bind, or so we were told by a different tech from a different company when it was installed. In less than a minute, Corey made a quick adjustment to the safety beam and it works like new. Needs less yo say, they exceeded our expectations. A+.

I was pleased with the service. It was quick and easy to schedule. A belt had broken and I had thought they could just replace the belt, but it turned out my opener was too old and parts weren't made for it any longer. So I had to get a new opener, which was quite expensive, so that was a bit painful. But it was done by a tech who seemed to know what he was doing, and I'm very satisfied. I've seen your TV ads and my handyman recommended you to me.

I had my garage door service by another company about six weeks ago, and the garage door has started to squeal a week ago. They were going to charge me another fee so I decided to go with precision door. The technician was very thorough, much more than the previous company. problem was fixed and he gave me some information on what to look for in the future if the door started to squeal again. This is an ongoing project and waiting for the final install, but have been very pleased with the process so far. The technician came out on a weekend to survey the job which is rare these days. Hoping to see my new garage door on the coming month. The technician even went above and beyond to make some quick repairs and adjustments to my existing door opener until the new install arrives.
