I had my garage door service by another company about six weeks ago, and the garage door has started to squeal a week ago. They were going to charge me another fee so I decided to go with precision door. The technician was very thorough, much more than the previous company. problem was fixed and he gave me some information on what to look for in the future if the door started to squeal again. Very happy with precision door.

The tech, Cory, was right on time. He told me more about my door than I ever knew. My problem was intermittent and, of course, didn't present while Cory was here. He checked out everything thoroughly. We talked about replacing my 20 year old door, but he did not pressure me. When I do decide to replace the door I will definitely give Precision a call. While more expensive than I hoped/wanted, I think it was worth my peace of mind. Stephen stayed until all was working well. Mitchell was on time, tightened all loose bolts, plus added a few, greased everything up, fixed the tension and was done with both the 2-car garage door as well as the 1-car garage door in about 30 minutes! I was pleased with the service. It was quick and easy to schedule. A belt had broken and I had thought they could just replace the belt, but it turned out my opener was too old and parts weren't made for it any longer. So I had to get a new opener, which was quite expensive, so that was a bit painful. But it was done by a tech who seemed to know what he was doing, and I'm very satisfied. I've seen your TV ads and my handyman recommended you to me.
