Our technician Mitchell Fiewig was very professional in troubleshooting our garage door system. He recommended to either replace the computer board or the entire system. We decided since it was over 15 years old, we would replace the entire system. He was able to complete the task and even reset our garage openers in both cars. Great workmanship and truly a personable guy. Bill

Precision Garage Door was able to provide one day service unlike other garage door companies which only gave lip service to one day service. Leigh was prompt and was quickly able to identify the problems.

Torsion spring broke this morning. Called Kimmie at Prevudion and she sent Corey right over. By noon, he had replaced both springs and all the rollers and bearings (17 year old door). Works like new. Had an issue with another door for over 10 years in never closing quite right as the concrete isn’t level and it was on a bind, or so we were told by a different tech from a different company when it was installed. In less than a minute, Corey made a quick adjustment to the safety beam and it works like new. Needs less yo say, they exceeded our expectations. A+.

Cory - the technician who came out to our home was terrific. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He identified the problem with our garage door and was able to fix it right away. He had all the parts he needed and didn’t leave until we were completely comfortable with, and learned how to use, the new equipment.

I was pleased with the service. It was quick and easy to schedule. A belt had broken and I had thought they could just replace the belt, but it turned out my opener was too old and parts weren't made for it any longer. So I had to get a new opener, which was quite expensive, so that was a bit painful. But it was done by a tech who seemed to know what he was doing, and I'm very satisfied. I've seen your TV ads and my handyman recommended you to me.

I had my garage door service by another company about six weeks ago, and the garage door has started to squeal a week ago. They were going to charge me another fee so I decided to go with precision door. The technician was very thorough, much more than the previous company. problem was fixed and he gave me some information on what to look for in the future if the door started to squeal again. Very happy with precision door.

The tech, Cory, was right on time. He told me more about my door than I ever knew. My problem was intermittent and, of course, didn't present while Cory was here. He checked out everything thoroughly. We talked about replacing my 20 year old door, but he did not pressure me. When I do decide to replace the door I will definitely give Precision a call. Thanks Cory!

This is an ongoing project and waiting for the final install, but have been very pleased with the process so far. The technician came out on a weekend to survey the job which is rare these days. Hoping to see my new garage door on the coming month. The technician even went above and beyond to make some quick repairs and adjustments to my existing door opener until the new install arrives.
