I've seldom dealt with a company that's been more accommodating than Precision Garage Door. My phone rep was respectful and flexible in meeting my schedule. I was also fortunate enough to have had Mr. Stephen Zerkel as my service technician. Stephen evaluated my current issue then presented me with his recommendations. Stephen was on-time, thorough, effective and listened to me describe my initial service needs. His repairs were clean, rapid and results oriented. He didn't try to upsell me, rather, he provided options that may be needed in the future. I've have always used the "other" well known company for installation and repairs in the past. No longer. Precision is now my "go-to" garage door company. Well done Stephen!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I called them at 9 am on a Sunday morning and they had a guy out there at 11 ! He saw that my door had simply popped out of track and fixed in about 30 seconds and made sure I knew how to fix if happens again...only a very reasonable trip charge. Would HIGHLY recommend !!!

My garage door broke this morning and would not open. With it being a holiday i was worried I would not be able to get anyone out for repair. Stephen Zerkel arrived and knew right away what the problem was. He was friendly and efficient! Definitely recommend this place for all garage needs!

Stephen did solve my first problem. He replaced the south door opener completely, which I agreed I needed. Signals were getting to the unit (Light came on and off), but door would not move. We decided the head was kaput. As of now I have not received a receipt even though I have received an email directing me to this website. So our email link is is working. This problem can be fixed by sending me a receipt for what I have paid and for the work done. Maybe they just need to get Stephen back to town to complete the paper work? Finally, Stephen had opened my north door to access the garage and his truck. So when it was time to depart I tried to close it. Nada. I shall make the story short. Stephen stuck around and we debugged the situation. It is unclear why both garage doors failed within 24 hours of each other. But I am happy enough to invite Precision to return on Saturday to replace the north opener.

I had one of my springs break on my garage door this morning. I called both Ankmar and Overhead Door and they both wanted to charge me $250 for an emergency repair plus the cost of new springs and labor. I then called Precision Door and no emergency repair charges. Stephen Zerkel came within 2 hours of my phone call. Stephen replaced both springs with no issues and was very pleasant to talk to. Zeke Isreal was my tech. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, he immediately went to work. He repaired my door I crashed into very quickly. He looked at the other door and repaired a wire. Everything was so easy for him. I was very impressed with the company and pleased he was able to repair it and I didn’t have to replace it. Called precision last night around 6:00pm after our garage wouldn’t open. The call was super quick and easy, they had a technician scheduled to come out the next morning. I appreciated the text/email updates leading up to the appointment and Stephen went above and beyond fixing the tension issue on the garage door opener. Our garage door spring broke and it was a Saturday. Mitch from Precision Garage door was at our house within 2 1/2 hours of me calling. He was so professional and friendly. He listened to me and was able to quickly assess why we have had 2 broken springs in 5 years. He gave us a few different estimates to fix the problem and explained the warranty information. Once we chose the option we wanted, he had the work done in about an hour. He was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
