I was given Precision Garage Door name from a friend who had used your company previously. Happy to say they responded promptly to my call and a repair tech came out immediately the next morning (on a Saturday even) and even showed up at the beginning of the time window given which was greatly appreciated. Diagnosed issue immediately, needed a new opener as old system was 26 years old and finally bit the dust. Install took a little over an hour and technician even helped with setting up outside opener code as well as syncing the opener with my car. Then said I could call him if I needed additional help with the phone app to monitor and use system from my phone. All which was above and beyond the call for a great service. Will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends in the future.

We called on a Saturday because our garage opener was malfunctioning. We got an appointment time for the next day, Sunday. This was a relief that we didn't need to wait long. Communication was quick and simple. A message was sent when the technician was on the way and he arrived right on time. Cory was our tech. He was professional and extremely helpful when it came to settings up the remotes and keypad. We are so thankful for the quick and professional service from Precision service. I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day appointment. Got a call less than an hour later from Cory, the technician being sent out, to ask questions about my garage door problem to make sure it wasn't something small that I was unaware of that I could fix myself & not get charged if unnecessary. I some how broke my door opening or closing it. Within 2 hours, Cory Schweiger had arrived, repaired it and was on his way. Very quick turnaround. Not only did he fix the the issue, he walked me through everything and let me know of future issues I may have. Once those items fail, i will be giving them a call again.

I've been using Precision Garage Door Service for about the last 8 or 9 years. These guys are absolute Pros. They replaced my door opener and done work on the garage doors. All of it has been done the same day as requested in the technicians have been amazing.
