Product okay but goggled door opener, keypad, sensors and remote they replaced my old one with after they installed it. Got over on me, I payed way too much for it. Didn't do my due diligence on researching before I let it be installed.

I was able to make a same-day appointment to get my Overhead Door opening system repaired after it was damaged. Stephen was actually able to arrive earlier than the appointment time (after he called to ensure that was ok) and was incredible knowledgeable and professional. I am completely satisfied with both his service and the replacement unit provided by Precision Door Co. When I eventually get my garage door replaced, I will definitely be going with this company to do so.

Was able to schedule and have someone come out within the hour. Mitch was able to fix my door without having to replace it despite getting two previous quotes who said I would need to replace the door. The door was fixed within hours and he was extremely helpful setting up the app and explaining everything to me. Would use again! Highly recommended!

The service technician arrived on time and did a thorough repair on our garage door springs. The call taker did not advise us that the technician would need to replace both springs; but the technician was very apologetic and explained the need to replace both springs. My garage door spring decided to break on a Saturday! Called the company I usually work with, and they were not helpful. Called Precision Garage Door, and I was able to get a same day appointment, WITHOUT additional charges for a weekend call. Cory was our tech, and he kept me informed throughout the day of his arrival time. He was very professional & friendly, and explained what options I had to get my door back in service. Within the hour the door was back in service! This will be my new go-to company for future services. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
