We can’t rate Precision Garage Doors highly enough! Justin came early on a Saturday morning to fix our half open and broken garage door. Our home was subject to security concerns overnight as it was open and we faced a field of homeless individuals camping across from our house. Justin assured us he could fix it and promptly and professionally did that. It was not an easy task for him, as Pueblo was experiencing very high winds. We are truly grateful for Justin’s work!

Cory worked on my garage door on Apr.4th, 2024. The model of the garage door I have is apparently difficult to obtain parts for, and quite costly for the spring repair. Cory suggested a conversion kit, which is similar in design to most openers these days. This alone saved me money and made the door quite lighter and easier for my opener to "open", due to extra weighty parts I no longer needed. He is very knowledgeable in his craft, worked diligently and saved me additional money on parts he thought were still fine. Precision door service exceeded my expectations. My garage door broke on a Friday afternoon and Precision sent a technician out the next day. Mitchell Fiewig was my technician and identified the problem quickly…a broken shaft to the sprocket. He recommended a few products and explained with the Genie Professional grade was the best option….which i selected. When i inquired about the veteran discount, Mitch honored it and gave me additional discount. Mitch eventually completed the work in 1.5 hours. Precision Door service also gave me a 20 year warranty. Basically, a $1100 package cost me $800. Hopefully you get Mitch. I also made a follow up inquiry with the company leadership. I received a call from Jason Zortman, the Owner of the company. I value company’s that invest in their customers. Jason has that philosophy. Bottom line….i recommend Precision Door Service. They returned promptly when we reported that the heavy, solid wood door was leaving a small gap on the concrete floor.
