A technician arrived within 18 hours of my initial call which was very appreciated because my door would not go up or down. He also came out on a saturday morning at 9:00 am which was not expected. He provided me with three different options for repairing the problem and had it completely resolved within 2 hours of arriving.

Garage door hadn’t been serviced for a few years and had become rather noisy. I saw Precision commercial on a local channel, checked their ratings and website and called. Saturday night and I had the call answered within 3 rings offering me service the next day, Sunday! The guy on the phone was very polite, experienced and helpful. I got email confirmation and text. Today I was called and text letting me know the technician, Mitchell, was on his way. Mitchell was very polite, respectful and gave me 3 options of recommended repair. No pushy sales banter, very relaxed and comfortable when he showed me what he recommended. Pricing wasn’t that bad either so I asked him about the remote (only worked in dry weather). He had one he could install during the visit so I got more than I’d planned with great satisfaction! Thank you for the exceptional service I received today. Definitely use Precision again and will recommend anyone who needs a garage door repair to use them also. Very professional company.

The service technician arrived on time and did a thorough repair on our garage door springs. The call taker did not advise us that the technician would need to replace both springs; but the technician was very apologetic and explained the need to replace both springs. I chose Precision Garage Door because they were able to come out sooner than other companies. I had a graduation party on a rainy Sunday day and absolutely needed my garage to door to be able to open. Mitch was able to fix my garage door faster than I even expected. Mitch did a very good job and did work with me on items to meet our needs. Trouble spot was connecting the opener to the vehicle but after research, it got figured out. The warranty and a few other items procured, price was still a bit more than expected.
