The garage door is 38 yrs old and very tired. Time to replace it. I called Precision yesterday, told them what I wanted and one day later, I have a brand new door! Both Zeke and Jeffrey are outstanding young men and I recommend them to anyone! Great job!

Our old(2004) garage door opener quit working. I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. My husband thought the motor had gone out. The technician explained that the motor noise indicated that the motor was going out; however, when it would quit could not be predicted. He showed me the other parts that were worn and in bad shape. I decided to have it all replaced. The price was reasonable, and we got a military discount. We are very satisfied with the new system and the courteous and professional work of the technician .

Our garage door broke on a Friday night and we had movers scheduled for Saturday morning. We call Overhead Door Saturday morning and they couldn't come out, even on Monday to fix. We just sold our house and closing was on Monday. Truly frustrated as we had used that company for many many years. We then called Precision and they gave us three options for Saturday and were there right on time. Technician was awesome and had our door fixed better than new. I was amazed they could fix it as i was sure it 2as going to need replaced. Precision saved the day, the new owners of our home will have a hassle free door for many years to come. We're in the process of building a new home and I'll be looking for Precision to supply our new doors when the time comes. When Zeke the Technician arrived (well within the window of time given) he was helpful, informative, and professional. The quote was upfront with nothing being hidden. His work was fast and thorough. It was a pleasure to do business with these guys! One of our garage door springs broke and we needed a replacement quickly. It broke about 7:00 in the evening and Precision was able to get a technician out at 8:30 the next morning. Zeke did a complete inspection of our garage door and opener. Amazing service! I called precision because they offered same day service without the extra charge. The technician, Zeke, arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He was very friendly and courteous and diagnosed the problems right away. The quote was reasonable but more than I wanted to pay out of pocket since I'm renting. Zeke was patient while I got approval from the property manager and then went to work right away. Replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers in just over an hour. I will definitely be using Precision in the future if I need any garage door work.
