All I can say is WOW! Have seen your commercials and really liked the product and the people. I called today because our garage door broke as did our opener. Not thinking this would happen, I asked if someone could come today and within a half-hour Mitch showed up at my door. So nice, no high pressure, totally impressed by his knowledge and willingness to explain everything. Your pull-out set up with door and opener samples was really impressive too. He helped us pick out the best door for the look we wanted and it has great insulation too. The opener is just what we need. Ready to order just need an ok from my HOA! I was able to get my garage fixed within a business day of calling. My technician came within the specified window and contacted me when he was on his way. I also saw that you are available all week without charging the excessive "after hours" service fee, like your competitors, I called three others first. Your technician, Corey, was very professional, and courteous. Corey kept me up to date as to when he would arrive and replaced my springs, bearings, and my metal wheels with new nylon wheels and now my door is working better and quieter than when I bought it new! What differentiates Precision door is your "people" like Justin, as he worked fast and efficient, as I asked him to give me an overview of what he was doing during the 1 hour serivce call. While the cost was higher than I expected, the items that were "broken" were repaired and I now have a garage door that works perfectly......just like Precision Garage Door of Colorado Springs promised!!
