Great same day service and cheaper than a competitor! I originally called due to a broken spring but asked the tech, Stephen Zerkel to check both doors which are over 20 years old. He explained why certain parts needed to be replaced and which ones are ok for now. He is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and I learned a lot about how garage doors operate. I truly believe he saved us from potential disasters!

I called early this morning to have a new & much, much more quiet new garage door opener to go along with our beautiful insulated Precision Garage Door. Not only did we have a same day, early appointment, he suggested a nice new smooth, more powerful quiet belt drive instead of the noisy old chain drive opener we have had for many years along with a new secure opener panel out front. The wife and I love these new and much nicer, much quieter updated items. Steve Z. is very professional, courteous, & the quickest, most knowledgeable & best technician/installer we've ever had here at our home in over Twenty years. He's certainly an asset to your company. I chose Precision because of the fantastic reviews. My husband’s truck was stolen at short term parking at DEN Airport and it was programmed for garage door access. Since the thieves had all the information needed to get into our house (vehicle registration, insurance) we needed to reprogram the sensors. Big shout out to Sean and Austin! They were were so kind and professional. Thank you!

Product okay but goggled door opener, keypad, sensors and remote they replaced my old one with after they installed it. Got over on me, I payed way too much for it. Didn't do my due diligence on researching before I let it be installed.
