I received excellent service from Stephen Z. and his assistant. I called at 7:30am, and they were here at 10:00am. They traveled at least 85 miles. The motor, belt drive and remote were replaced along with the outside keypad and rollers. The door runs quieter and smoother. Thank you for the prompt service.

I had the best experience with a local service provider in a long while with the Precision Garage Door Service, starting with the a very pleasant and professional lady who answered my call. She listened carefully and scheduled a technician to check my damaged garage door immediately on the same day. Stephen came right on time. He checked the damaged garage thoroughly and gave me an estimate that looked reasonable. He was thoroughly professional, very friendly and very upfront. At the end, I was very happy to see my garage repaired and it was all done on the same day I made the call after I goggled for garage door repair.
