Right before the new year i knew everyone was going to be busy. Called my usual company and told them the spring was broken. they came out the next day and charged me $69.00 to confirm that the spring was broken. then informed that they might get a spring in four to six weeks. Called Precision and they confirmed their trucks had springs so they scheduled the next day. really busy and through with their work they told me they were running behind and asked to come the next day. Stephen Zerkel arrived within the time frame promised and did a total check of my door and tracks. Service is superior! Called mid-afternoon on a Friday and Stephen arrived only a couple hours later to fix my broken garage door. He was awesome! Very friendly and personable! Went above and beyond! Called as is Veteran owned. Service Man Stephen was terrific- wrote up costs & ordered my commercial grade springs- paid my 50% down- looking forward to completion in 1-2 weeks. Will note: intial call to answering / scheduling service did not go well.
