He clearly explained the issues and walked us through the repair process, which we really appreciated. He replaced a bracket and the sensors, and everything is now working perfectly. Our 3-car garage opening hardware has been working well for 25 year; however, it required regular greasing, the outside controls haven't worked for over a decade and we were concerned that if it fails it will be at the worst time. So, we called and Justin came out and checked everything out. He made some suggestions and we basically had the springs, rollers, and motors, and outside controls for both garages replaced. He came the following morning, did the work, tested the inside/outside controls and then programmed our cars and all is great ( and much quieter). Justin did a great job!

No upsell nonsense, no “this is gonna cost ya” speech—just straight-up honest work and knew exactly what he was doing. Door runs smoother than it ever has. Honestly, I think it opens quieter now than my fridge at 2am. If your garage door starts acting like it’s got an attitude problem, Stephen will fix it and probably restore your faith in competent humans while he’s at it.
