Unfortunately I am not overly pleased with your company, being I strongly believe I was over charged for the repair service that was done on my garage door. The price I was quoted was about 650, but did get about a 30 dollar discount with a total bill of 620 after all was said and done. Based on my research to have the bearings and a coil spring replaced should run around 300 to 450 depending on the door. Being mine is very basic, I would believe it would be on the lower end of the scale. So as previously stated I do feel I was considerably over charged for this service. My fault for sure not getting an up front quote prior to the service person arriving at my home. Lesson learned for sure! I will definitely let others know to shop around before selecting a company to do this type of work.

Corey is a consummate professional! He replaced a broken coil spring and emphasized how important it was that both could be of same rating in pounds (a mistake that another prior repair serviceman had not brought to our attention and which likely was cobbled together in the prior repair) Corey replaced cables and spools and rollers to the point where our door appears "new". Honest, professional, and courteous...Precision Door is all that one needs!

It pays to advertise. I contacted Precision after I couldn’t locate a previous provider and I’m glad I did. I called them at about 4:30 when I had a problem and an actual person answered the phone. The call was handled professionally and with concern, Sean (great young man) arrived around 6:00 explained what needed to be done and quickly rebuilt the old door to like new. I hope I never have to call them again but I certainly will if I have another garage door problem. This is a great service minded company.
