Brian showed up punctually, and conducted a thorough inspection of the door and garage door opener following a discussion about my concerns. He then completed an annual servicing of all components and professionally explained everything, including encouraging me to call again if I had anymore problems or concerns. Precision Is now my go-to for any future garage door issues and my annual servicer.

Justin was efficient, on time, and extremely thorough inspecting the whole door/tracks/operating mechanisms. Since one of the tension springs was obviously broken, diagnosing the problem was quick. He also found seized bearings and some damage to the actual door from trying to use the opener with a broken spring. He quickly replaced the bearings and springs. Then showed me where the non-broken spring was about to have the same fate. All in all, I could have purchase (hopefully) the correct replacement springs, missed the bad bearings and other damage, and safely made this repair myself. Glad I called Precision and Justin was available within a couple of hours, instead of having a car stuck in the garage for several days.
