Jason was wonderful and able to completely replace our old garage door opener after the spring broke and get the door moving like new. He took the time to explain all the new whistles and bells of the new fancy opener. He was very prompt, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his work.

Justin was efficient, on time, and extremely thorough inspecting the whole door/tracks/operating mechanisms. Since one of the tension springs was obviously broken, diagnosing the problem was quick. He also found seized bearings and some damage to the actual door from trying to use the opener with a broken spring. He quickly replaced the bearings and springs. Then showed me where the non-broken spring was about to have the same fate. All in all, I could have purchase (hopefully) the correct replacement springs, missed the bad bearings and other damage, and safely made this repair myself. Glad I called Precision and Justin was available within a couple of hours, instead of having a car stuck in the garage for several days.
