It pays to advertise. I contacted Precision after I couldn’t locate a previous provider and I’m glad I did. I called them at about 4:30 when I had a problem and an actual person answered the phone. The call was handled professionally and with concern, Sean (great young man) arrived around 6:00 explained what needed to be done and quickly rebuilt the old door to like new. I hope I never have to call them again but I certainly will if I have another garage door problem. This is a great service minded company.

I live in California and had to replace a garage door opener for a rental. Sean came out the next day and was very helpful and told me everything that was happening during new installation and took pictures for me to see. He also worked well with my tenants. The company gave me a fair price and I really liked that I didn’t have to pay for them to come out and give me an estimate. I will definitely use you again for any door needs.

We chose Precision because my husband had heard good things about the company. We were absolutely not disappointed. Stephen Zerkel arrived with a smile on his face that never ended. We kind of threw him for a loop in asking if he could do more work on the garage than anticipated. He said he could do it immediately, which worked perfectly for us. He ended up doing a partial rebuild and replaced the operator. He worked efficiently and was done in no time. He was truly a delight and Precision is lucky to have him.
